Aubrey had so much fun playing with the Christmas tree decorations. She wanted to wear them not put them on the tree though. So cute!

The day after Thanksgiving, Elk City starts Christmas in the park. The park is beautiful with lights covering every tree and cute Christmas decorations all over the place. We all bundled up and went to see the sights, ride the carousel, carriage, and get some hot coco! Aubrey loved it. She was so cute waving to the horses as we went on the carriage ride and she couldn't get enough of the music and lights all around her. It was such a fun evening. It sure got us all in the Christmas mood! Maybe next year we will see what she thinks of Santa! Let's take it slow!

Thanksgiving!

We had Thanksgiving in Elk City this year and we had a great time! Mom really outdid herself on all of the yummy food! The boys had fun watching football and mom and I were able to get a little shopping in later in the weekend. It is always fun to go home, relax and be with family! We truly have SO much to be thankful for!

We have a walker!!!

Aubrey is officially walking! So fun and super cute! Around the first of November Aubrey started taking a few steps from Trey to me. We would stand her up and she would maybe take one or two steps. About the week before Thanksgiving Aubrey started taking more steps. She could walk across the room if she had some help. By the end of that week she was full on walking by herself. She still had to have help getting up and started but she could walk! During Thanksgiving she learned to pop up on her own. She would just stand up and take off! There is no stopping her now! We love our little walker! Oh the fun and trouble ahead!

My mom came to visit a while back. We were in the living room talking and noticed Aubrey crawl out of the room. We followed her into the guest room and found her going through my moms suitcase. So cute!

Where's Creed?

Brady and I like to walk together on Monday and Friday mornings. I wish I could say it's for exercise but it's really so Brady and I can get out of the house and talk while Creed and Aubrey are distracted by all things outdoors! I know, great moms! Now that the weather is starting to get colder we have to get out the coats. Don't you love how they are still in their pajamas? They look so happy too!

Aubrey loves her little snuggie as we call it. She likes to carry it around the house with her in the mornings and lately likes to carry it in her mouth. She must think she is a puppy! Silly girl!

Who needs a shirt?

After several attempts to get a shirt on Aubrey, I decided to just let her go without one. She played shirtless for a long time. I hope this is not a habit she will have as she gets older! She also insisted on wearing the hat as she played in the water table. Funny girl! What am I going to do with you!

We can't believe our baby girl is 1!

We celebrated Aubrey's 1st Birthday with not one but two parties! A friends party and a family party! I know, I'm crazy! It was so much fun though! Aubrey looked adorable in her hot pink tutu and was ready to party! The weather was beautiful! I had been praying for nice weather for weeks before the party! God is good! So many of our wonderful friends and family came to help us celebrate! We felt so blessed and loved! We had a blast playing out in the backyard, opening gifts and watching Aubrey smash her cute pumpkin cake. What a weekend!
