Kadens first laugh

It's New Year's Eve and as I was getting ready to put Kaden to bed he laughed for the first time as I was playing with him. It wasn't a big laugh but it was so precious! I will remember it always! What a way to ring in the new year!

Happy New Year!

2012 was a wonderful year because it brought us our sweet Kaden! It also brought our family sweet Luke! My sister married the love of her life and mom, Jen and me had another great girls trip to Red River! So many wonderful memories and a sad one too. We said goodbye to Grandpa Kelly. We will all miss him dearly! I feel so blessed and thankful for everything God has given me! I can't wait to see what HE has in store for 2013!!

Kaden at 12 weeks

Kaden is 12 weeks today. He is such a precious baby! He is still not sleeping through the night but is pretty easy and happy! He likes to suck on his hands and is all smiles lately. Sure do love my babies!

Reading to Malachi

Last night I took the kids to Brandon and Kim's to hang out with Jan and Malachi. Jan was watching Malachi because Brandon and Kim went on one last date night before the baby gets here Friday! So exciting. It is fun watching Malachi and Aubrey play together. Jan and I found them on the bench looking at a book together. Aubrey was pretending to read to Malachi. It was adorable! Sweet moments!

CHRISTmas!

We had such a great day! Aubrey woke up to all of the goodies she wanted from Santa! She was so excited to get her pink surf board! She also got a Barbie and when she saw it she said, hey Barbie let me go get all your new friends! She ran to get her other Barbies. They welcomed her with a party! So cute! She also got a pink suitcase, walking kitty car, books, candy, slippers, ball, little pony and much more. Santa did good! Kaden of course didn't get into Christmas this year! Next year will be so fun! He will be walking and Aubrey will be a big 4 year old! After we looked through our stockings we headed over to Brandon and Kim's. We opened gifts and ate way too much! It snowed while we were there so of course we had to go out and play! There wasn't much but Aubrey loved it! She said, this is the best day ever! She loved making snow angels and throwing snow at daddy! The rest of the day was spent playing with all of our new toys and of course eating! What a great Christmas! God has given me the greatest gift...my family!

Aubrey's MDO Christmas program

Aubrey's MDO Christmas  program was last Tuesday.  She looked so cute and new all of the words to the songs they sang.  She was even chosen to hold the Oklahoma flag for the pledge.  I just love watching her sing!  Blesses my heart!

Aubrey's first fishing pole

About a month ago, Aubrey walked down to the neighborhood park with our friend Cathi.  She saw our neighbor Roger fishing and just had to try it.  They had a blast and ever since she has wanted a fishing pole.  Well, Roger and Linda surprised her with her very own hot pink fishing pole for Christmas! So sweet!  Trey and Aubrey walked down to the pond to test it out today.  No fish, but Aubrey loved it!
