Decorating the tree!
Aubrey helped us get the Christmas tree ready this year! She is so into all things Christmas! She gets very excited about lights, the tree, nativities and Santa! This was how she decorated the tree this morning. Aubrey was so proud and said it looks so beautiful!!! She is right!

Kaden has a cold
Poor Kaden has a cold. Well, we think its a cold. Could just be allergies. His nose is all stuffed up and it's hard for him to breath laying down which made for a long night last night at my mom and dads house. Trey and I took turns holding him in the recliner all night. Poor little guy and poor tired parents! We have been swabbing his nose with saline swabs and using the nose sucker occasionally. Praying tonight goes better. He is in his crib for the moment but Trey and I have blankets and pillows all laid out in case we have to spend another night on the couch. Praying for rest!

Aubrey nursing her baby
Today Aubrey was playing mommy to one of her dolls she has at Honey and Pagas house. I was feeding Kaden when Aubrey decided to lift her shirt and put her doll to her chest. She said, I'm feeding my baby too momma! So cute! She held her doll so softly and rocked side to side. She even pretended to burp her doll. It was so cute!

First smile from Kaden at 5 weeks
Yesterday about 5:00 in the morning Kaden smiled for the first time! I had just finished feeding him and was holding him when Trey came in to check on me. Kaden was wide awake and staring up at us. I started talking to him when he smiled really big! Melted my heart! Trey and I were so excited to see his beautiful smile! He did this 3 more times and then Trey rocked him to sleep! Memorable moment for sure!

Cute outfit Aubrey
I told Aubrey that I needed to get her clothes for the day. She said that she would pick them out. She proudly came out of her room with this ensemble, snow boots and all! So cute! I let her wear it even though it is 80 degrees outside today...such a fashionista! 
Best night so far for Kaden
So Kaden usually goes every 3 hours at night before he wakes up. Usually waking up at 11:30, 2:30 and 5:30. Last night though he slept from 8:30-1:30 and from 1:30-5:30! Yay! It was great! He might have slept longer this morning too but Trey accidentally woke him up. Kaden had moved all the way down the pad he sleeps on and his head was a lite off of it so Trey moved him back up, waking him. I will take it though!!!! Lets hope this is his new routine! We will see! More sleep makes this momma happy!!!

Kadens first bath...
We thought it was time for Kadens first bath. He is 4 weeks old. We have been giving him little sponge baths but this was his first full bath tonight. He actually didn't hate it! Yay Kaden! He did pee all over the place but that's to be expected... Now he's all clean and shiny!
Fire Station party
We went to Parker's 3rd Birthday party today at one of the fire stations in Edmond. Aubrey had a great time and learned a lot! She loved the big fire truck and when the fireman put on all is his gear. Great party Parker! Happy Birthday!!!
Halloween
We had so much fun this Halloween! Aubrey was an OSU cheerleader and was very cute! We decided to just stay home and trick or treat around the neighborhood. It was great! Aubrey loved going door to door and shouting trick or treat! She cleaned house and came home with lots of candy:) Aubrey would say, "what a great night!" Trey carried Kaden in the carrier and he snoozed the whole time. He wore some cute pumpkin pjs and a pumpkin hat. So cute! After we walked the neighborhood we went to aunt Ferfsies and got the hook up! She had her door all decorated and goodie baskets for Aubrey and Kaden. So sweet! Finally we headed home on a sugar high, ready for bed! What a great night!
