Loretta Rose is here!

My new sweet niece Loretta Rose is here! She was born on January 15 at 7:26 am. She weighed 6lb 11oz and was 19 in long. She is perfection! God is good!

Christmas 2014

This post is late but I wanted to add some pictures from Christmas. We had a wonderful time with the Kilgore's this year! Brandon, Kim, Malachi and Luke came to Edmond. The kids had a blast playing together! I think Addison enjoyed her first Christmas too! We enjoyed eating yummy food, opening presents, and decorating gingerbread houses! We also had a great New Year's! We celebrated with the Scoggins and Moore's at Jan and Terry's house. We ate barbecue and of course fried caramels! Had to leave before midnight but enjoyed catching up with family and friends.

Addison 8 weeks old

Addison got her first round of vaccinations today. She is eight weeks old today and is doing great! She is 10 lbs. 5 oz. and 22 inches long. Growing like a weed! Extra snuggles needed today for sure!!

Aubrey was talking and smiling to Addison when I said, don't you love having a little sister? I'll bring replied, yes! God gave me what I deserved! So cute! Best friends forever!!

Sweet Addison 7 weeks old

Addison will be seven weeks old on Monday and is getting cuter every day! She likes to smile and is starting to "talk" to us a little. She is sleeping better at night, getting up twice and is a good eater. It is so cute how she holds her hands together when she nurses. I love my snuggles with her!! Even though it's hard and exhausting, I am trying to soak up this stage of life as much as I can. I know it will go by fast!

Kaden is so darn cute that it makes it hard sometimes to be upset with him. He is definitely going through the terrible twos right now and he is giving us a run for our money. Sometimes when he gets in trouble he will run up to me or Trey and say, I love you mommy or I love you daddy! He knows how to work us. He will also say, I sorry mommy and when I give him an order he will usually say in the cutest way, okay! He melts my heart every day with his adorable personality and sweet face but man, a two-year-old little boy is hard work!

Christmas in the park 2014

Last weekend we drove to Elk City for Christmas in the park. We go every year and love it! Elk city does such a wonderful job with the beautiful park and the kids love the carousel ride and train!

Santa 2014!

We took the kids to see Santa yesterday. Can you tell which one was excited and which one was definitely not into it? So funny! Maybe next year!

Aubrey asked Santa for the Sleeping Beauty movie and a toothbrush you can decorate with stickers. Kaden just wants candy. I think Santa can make all of that happen :-)

We gave Addison her first bath the other day. She seemed to like it. Aubrey really enjoyed helping as always!

Santa Fe school Christmas program

Getting ready to go to school for the Christmas program. Aubrey did great and sang so beautifully but when Kaden saw us in the crowd he ran to us, where he stayed the rest of the program. Silly sweet boy! 

Ice skating fun with Aubrey!

Aubrey has always wanted to go ice skating. Trey and I took her on a little date last week to the outdoor ice skating rink at Mitch Park. She was so excited and had a blast!
