Here comes the bride!

Aubrey loves to play dress up. Especially as a bride to marry her daddy! My mom found this veil and gave it to Aubrey. So pretty! Such a beautiful bride! Please don't ever grow up my sweet baby girl!

Being sick stinks!! Especially when it's my sweet babies that are sick! Aubrey started with a snotty nose and cough last week that turned into a double ear infection. She is feeling much better now and is back to normal. Praise the Lord! Poor Kaden on the other hand is still getting over RSV! I was on my way to take Aubrey to ballet last thur when she started complaining about her ears. I turned the car around and headed to the doctor. I thought she was all better. Nope! Double ear infection.. When I was there I told the doctor that Kaden was starting to get snotty. Because he's so young she said she wanted to see him. I called Trey and he brought Kaden up right away. He tested positive for RSV ...we have spent the past week sleeping on Kadens floor, running the humidifier, keeping him propped up and lots of snuggles. We are worn out! I'm so thankful Trey has been home to help me. Kaden also has an ear infection and is on antibiotics. Yesterday was rough. He would barley eat and slept in my arms almost all day. Poor guy! Today though he seems much better and has his smile back. Still fussy but not in as much pain. Come on medicine, do your stuff! We are ready to be back to normal!

Crib time Kaden

Last week we started putting Kaden in his crib for naps. Up until now we have been holding him for each of his 4 naps everyday. Precious snuggle time but hard to do with a 3 year old. We tried several different things and finally found that a tight swaddle and sound machine work best. Some naps are short and some are over an hour but its freeing to have more time to get things done or to have more time with Aubrey. Keep up the good work sweet Kaden!!!

1st day of dance class!

Ok so ever since the ultrasound showed we were having a little girl with Aubrey, I pictured several things in my mind! One of which was the image of a pretty pink Ballarina! Unusual I know! Well today was her first day to take dance. It was a day to try it out and see if she would like it. She loved it! Yay!! It is dance class called Studio one 50 and is part of HHBCs Institute of Art. Such a great way for kids to worship through dance. Miss L. E. is the teacher and she reminds me of one if those woman who dress up as a Disney princess at Disney World. She is wonderful! So sweet!! They will have a dance recital in May. So exciting!!! There will be so many more pictures to come!

We had a lunch play date with Carrie, Cali and sweet Camden yesterday. The girls had a blast and looked so cute when they dressed up as princesses.
